- Ultra-filtration Membrane
- is a specially manufactured hollow-fibre membrane module, with a special configuration to achieve optimal results tailored to difficult waters. The ultra-filtration membrane is based on a nominal pore size of approximately 0.01 µm, and is made of modified Polyethersulfone (PES), a hydrophilic, chemically stable polymer capable of withstanding aggressive environments often present in water and fluid treatment situations. With a double-skinned design, separation layers on both sides of the fibre enable the Kristal300 to be operated in either configuration (outside-in or inside-out), enabling great flexibility in its applications.
